Capital A Investment Bank, formerly known as Securities Africa Kenya Limited, has rebranded, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.

This move reflects the firm’s expanded capabilities and unwavering dedication to providing exceptional investment solutions and championing financial consciousness.

The rebranding comes on the heels of the firm’s upgrade from a licensed stockbroker to an investment bank by the regulator, Capital Markets Authority (CMA). This transition has allowed Capital A Investment Bank to solidify its position as a leading investment firm in the Kenyan market.

The firm specializes in offering tailored investment advice across a wide range of financial instruments, including bonds, equities, Eurobonds, and corporate finance.

As a regulated entity under the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and an authorized trading participant at the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), Capital A Investment Bank has consistently demonstrated its expertise in the financial services industry.

In accordance to Norris Kibe, Capital A’s Chairman, the company is committed to innovation, growth, and providing unparalleled financial services to its clients.

“This rebranding marks a significant milestone in our journey, reflecting our expanded capabilities and our dedication to delivering exceptional value for our clients and the Kenyan capital markets,” he said.

The investment bank is keen on exploring new opportunities in diaspora remittances, impact financing, green financing, and Islamic finance, reinforcing its role in advancing the Kenyan financial services sector.

Capital A Investment Bank holds a market share of 20.8%, in the bonds market, as of September 2024 and a transaction value of Sh55.2 billion.

This achievement demonstrates the firm’s ability to attract significant investment flows and contribute to the vibrancy of the Kenyan capital markets.
