“It has always been our dream as Superior Homes Kenya to offer the residents of Greenpark Estate a live-work-play lifestyle. This master-planned estate with over 700 homes boasts of two schools, a clubhouse, play areas and we have now built a retail centre to complete the concept and bring convenience to the residents of Green Park estate and the motorists who use the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway,” said Mr Arora.
In addition to offering a mixed-use development experience to the residents of Greenpark Estate, opening up operations at the retail facility also presents employment opportunities.

The developer’s five-year 2022-2025 strategy involves the expansion of Superior Homes Kenya’s network in the real estate sector to more counties across the country.
