Softlink Global, a global leader in innovative transportation management solutions (TMS), has entered into a partnership with Escrow Africa, a prominent Kenyan-based fintech and business solutions company, promising to boost efficiency and competitiveness for businesses across Kenya and Africa as a whole.

The move will see Escrow Africa serve as the official representative for Softlink Global in Kenya. It will spearhead the marketing, sales, and support of the entire Softlink product line, including the highly acclaimed Logi-Sys TMS application, a cloud-based integrated platform tailored specifically for the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

According to Kunal Maheswari, CGO of Softlink Global, the partnership will lead to growth for the African continent. “We’re excited to announce our strategic partnership with Escrow Africa. By joining forces, we’re able to strategically expand the interest and the growth rate of Africa. Together, we’re committed to help and grow our African community,” he said.

This sentiment was echoed by Joy Kariuki, CEO of Escrow Africa.

“By joining forces with Softlink Global, we’re accelerating our growth and expanding our reach into new markets. This partnership is a testament to our shared commitment to innovation and excellence in the booming Africa,” she said.

This collaboration is poised to deliver unparalleled benefits to Kenyan businesses. Escrow Africa’s deep-rooted local expertise will prove invaluable throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales consultations to implementation, training, and ongoing support.

This localized approach ensures that businesses can seamlessly integrate Softlink’s cutting-edge solutions into their operations, maximizing their return on investment and gaining a significant competitive edge in the market.

In addition, the level of integration and automation is set to revolutionize how Kenyan businesses manage their transportation needs, leading to reduced costs, improved customer satisfaction, and increased profitability.
