KQ posts Sh10.5bn operating profit in 2023 Briefing 27th March 2024 KQ’s total revenue rose 53% to close at Sh178 billion which is mainly attributable to a 43% growth in passenger numbers against the previous year and to only 2% below the pre-pandemic levels.
