Tecno stalks Kenya’s Smartphone market

In a bid to tap into the burgeoning youth population in the Kenyan market, Chinese based mobile phone maker Tecno mobile is poised to introduce into the market a new pocket friendly device, a Smartphone that will retail for less than Sh9, 999.

The aim, according to the firm, is to reach more young people who are tech savvy by providing them with advanced gadgets but at affordable prices.

The new device boasts of special features such as 13MP rear/ 8MP front, F/2.0 dual cameras.

The standard edition of the new series device will also come with a fingerprint sensor, 5.5 inches IPS display and run on the latest Android 7.0.

According to the firm, the specifications, colorful chasis options and price tag make the new product “a carefully tailored Smartphone to woo young consumers and also to those who want to feel young”. The new device, which will hit the Kenyan market in a matter of weeks is expected to boost Tecno’s growing brand.

In its robust market campaign, Tecno is aiming to be “the camera Smartphone of choice” in all its local markets.

At the same time, Infinix has partnered with Jumia to sell their new NOTE 4
The new gadget is exclusively available for pre order only at Jumia online at Sh13, 999.
The latest device from Infinix has been the most anticipated Smartphone yet to be released this year by the mobility company.

Infinix integrated other technology innovation in the new Note Smartphone; it is pre-packed with Xcharge 4.0 which provides the quickest charge with low voltage and high efficiency, equipped with big battery life of 4300mAh – 4500mAh. These features allow the Note 4 to charge fast within 5 minutes and talk for 250 minutes.

The Infinix Note 4 is also the first Infinix Smartphone to be pre-packed with the latest Android 7.0 OS infused with the Infinix UI ‘XOS 2.3’.

The Note 4 also comes with other outstanding features such as 5.7FHD screen, 13MP AF back camera with dual color LED Flash, 8MP-mega pixels front camera, Octa-core 1.3GHz 64bits processor, Fingerprint recognition, 2.5 Touch panel, 16 & 32GB ROM, with expandable storage space to 128gb and it is 4 G enabled.

The successor to the sleek Infinix Note 3, Note 4 Infinix has taken several steps further to enhance and improve the Infinix Note 3 with a long lasting battery life. Compared to the Note 3, it has a higher battery capacity with a super-fast charge feature in situations of low battery.
