Sitting on 30 acres amidst the tranquil suburbs of Nairobi’s Karen area, it is a fascinating semblance of a natural paradise complete with a 4-star lounge and several restaurants that boast a seating capacity of more than 500 guests.

The resort is properly landscaped and characterized by lush lawns and beautiful greenery allowing for an unruffled serene feel. All the guest rooms are well appointed with exquisite interior décor and room amenities.

Guest rooms include one suite, 22 standard rooms and 15 luxury deluxe tents. Its conference venue seats up to 60 delegates, classroom style. The conference rooms come with the latest audio-visual equipment, complimentary wi-fi and wired Internet access. The resort can also cater for other special gatherings and occasions such as weddings and birthdays. Within the expansive grounds is the Mokoyeti resort featuring a unique and tastefully laid out conference and meeting venue that allows for a diverse option in conferencing to fit individual requirements and budgets.

Besides the main and island restaurants, there are numerous bandas meant to provide privacy and quiet seclusion. The bandas are situated on the well-manicured lawns, away from the lounge and restaurants and are equipped with fireplaces that will keep you warm in the event of an unpredictable evening chill. The mamba barbecue struck fame in the early 1990s and remains the best place to enjoy traditional favourites like tender meats.

There is the Mokoyeti Bar with a sleek design and moody lighting shadowing the couches and tables of the main floor bar. With a delightful design taking the shape of a natural cave, Pool bar is a centerpiece at the resort. It blends seamlessly to the well-tended greenery, surrounding luxury tents, heated swimming pool, man-made waterfall and catchy lighting.

You cannot mention Mamba Village without pointing out the Crocodile Farm. The pens are home to about 70 Nile crocodiles of various ages and sizes. Other wildlife include reticulated giraffe and ostrich and a wide array of birdlife.

There are boat rides, children playing ground souvenir shop, exhibition of traditional crafts
